PROJECT DESCRIPTION
clickBOOKING allows users to book an appointment or reserve a room in total autonomy thanks to the online booking engine and the agenda shared with the front-office operators. Very useful in many business applications, such as beauty centres, salons and spas, hotels and bed & breakfasts, medical clinics and personal services, vets and mechanical workshops... and in general any activity that requires the need to make appointments with customers, or reserve rooms and resources.
Simple and innovative, on web and mobile
The clickBOOKING booking system allows you to manage reservations in various application areas in a simple and innovative way. Users of your business will be able to:
- book directly from your mobile phone, tablet or PC by selecting the service/resource requested and optionally the operator, and indicating your daily and hourly availability
- pay for the service or booking with PayPal or credit card, where applicable
- receive booking confirmation from the system via email or SMS, and also reminder the evening before the appointment.
For each structure the system manages:
- Services with general price list and specific price list for operator.
- Operators and related time and calendar availability.
- Standard opening hours and annual calendar of closures/holidays.
- Access from the front office to manage appointments made by telephone or other booking channels.
- Access by the facility operators to check their work agenda and change availability
